I would like to inquire about legal internship position options whilst studying towards an LLB trough Unisa. What are the requirements, the best way to find vacancies and for which type of positions can one apply. All the internship positions I have found thus far requires the former completion of a LLB, though I know it is possible to intern from your 2nd year of studying LLB. Please advice and share information/thoughts.

  3. Hi just a quick question please. I’m kinda battling to answer this question and not really sure what is required. The question is: both natural law followers and positivists have developed theories attempting to explain the nature of the sources of international law . Describe what points of criticism you would bring against each paradigm’s theory and explain why. …… Any help would be appreciated . Thanks

    1. This is an interesting question. When they ask for criticism. What is it that they mean? To criticise? To point out flaws in each theory? A vexing question indeed. Have you done jurisprudence?
